'In the mornings I am immediately busy with customers phoning to find out what time they can expect their deliveries. Track and Trace is not yet used as much in Belgium as in the Netherlands. I also send reports about how the overnight journey went to our customers. If there is a problem, I investigate it straight away.'

I continue emailing and phoning drivers, depots, senders and customers all day long. My day consists of thinking along with the customer and that is what makes my work so varied. I have developed a good relationship with a lot of customers. Something special happens every day. I have been working in Customer Services for seven years now and the role still suits me perfectly.'
