On Tuesday, April 30th, the moment finally arrived: the official transfer of the shares of Parts Express BV to Yusen Logistics.

Around 11:30 a.m., founder Adrie van Duuren, his son Norbert Van Duuren, and Bruno Jacques signed the documents, making the acquisition a reality.

Following this, the management team of Parts Express and Yusen Logistics raised a toast to mark this celebratory occasion.
