In the morning, I am immediately busy with customers calling to ask what time they can expect their orders. Track and Trace is not yet as widely used in Belgium as it is in the Netherlands. I send a report to the customer about how the night drive went. If something is not right, I immediately follow up on it.

Throughout the day, I am emailing and calling drivers, depots, shippers, and customers. My day consists of thinking along with the customer—that’s what makes my work so varied. I have built up a good relationship with many customers. Something special happens every day. I have been working in customer service for seven years now, a job that I still enjoy very much.
