What does your work involve?
‘My job mainly involves attracting new customers for day and night distribution and Same Day Express. I also do relationship management. And since this edition, I have been part of the Parts Express Partners team!

What motivates you?
‘I’ve been in transport for about 25 years and I think sales is the best thing there is. The thrill when you succeed! The first impression at an appointment or cold visit, when I walk in with a jar of sweets, is the most important thing. Good preparation is crucial in this regard. This allows me to have a good conversation in most cases. But what I like best is the process that follows, the aftermath of turning a prospect into a customer. What I have to offer is difficult to sell: quality. You can only really experience that. If I have managed to convince a potential customer of the high quality and many possibilities of Parts Express, I have done a good job.’

What makes Parts Express special?
‘What we can do is unique. We can handle anything, deliver three times a day and within 24 hours throughout the Benelux. This is possible thanks to the great commitment of our staff. Everyone does what they have to do. And they do it well.’
