Items are returned to Vianen from all over the Netherlands. This may be because, on closer inspection, the customer needs something else, for example. In the warehouse, my colleague and I collect and sort the returns. We do this very carefully.

If a box is open or damaged, we provide new packaging, and we place scooters on the pallets in the correct manner. At the beginning and end of the day, I respond to emails from customers, and in between I work in the warehouse. I really enjoy the variety.
