My work varies from resolving daily malfunctions and managing employees to setting up and implementing projects. For these projects, I work closely with our project department: together, we ensure that ICT systems—such as the Incident Registration System—work in all departments. I also visit customers to brainstorm new ICT solutions.

The challenge lies in devising improvements and new systems. I often get questions such as: how can we retrieve our data from the system more easily? Can’t the registration of keys for night distribution be made smarter? I find it interesting to brainstorm about this and come up with innovative solutions together.
