All our transports, both national and international, are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the CMR Convention.

Payment Terms

Any complaints regarding the invoice must be notified within 8 days of the invoice date in order to be valid.

Invoices are payable, without discount, within 30 days of the invoice date. Offsetting any amounts against the freight invoice is not permitted.

Failure to pay the invoice within the payment term shall, by operation of law and without prior notice of default, result in an increase of the invoice amount by 20 percent, with a minimum of EUR 37 as a fixed compensation. In addition, late payment interest at a rate of 1.5 percent per month shall be due from the due date, without prior notice.

All disputes relating to this invoice and to the terms and conditions of sale shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mechelen.
